William James Valentine, Jr., 75 years of age, of Drums, Pennsylvania formerly of Tamaqua, passed on Friday, September 9, 2016, at Geisinger South Hospice in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Widower of Debra (Lovely) Valentine, William is survived by; sons, Brian K. Valentine and his wife Lisa of Drums, Billy Valentine and his wife Allison of Tamaqua; daughters, Beth Ann Valentine of Tuscarora, Mrs. Kathy Porvaznik wife of Joe of Nesquehoning, Mrs. Sharon Martin wife of Joe of New Orleans; sister, Mrs. Rebecca Fegley of Tuscarora; 9 grand children; 7 great grand children.
A Tamaqua High School graduate, Bill drove tractor trailer for many years. He was a member of the Tamaqua Lions Club, and enjoyed fishing.
Born Sunday, April 20, 1941 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, the son of the late William James Valentine, Sr., and Maryellen (Brobst) Valentine. He was also predeceased by a grandson, Joseph Porvaznik.
