William P. Melchior, Jr., 67 years of age of Spring Road, Andreas, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.Survived by his wife of forty-one years, Barbara A. (Barron) Melchior; daughter, Kristy L. Melchior of Tamaqua; sister, Jean Hill of Tamaqua.A 1969 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Bill retired from KME Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning in 2017 having worked there for 35 years. He was a founding member of the Tamaqua Historical Society and Save Our Station in Tamaqua. Bill was a talented wood worker and enjoyed collecting trains.Born Monday, February 5, 1951 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late William P. Melchior, Sr., and Pearl (Kemp) Melchior.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the E.
