Wayne D. Sterner, age 36, of Frackville, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at Schuylkill Medical Center South in Pottsville.
Wayne was employed by Poly Plastics, Delano, Pa. as a foreman and Team Leader for the past 16 years.
He was a member of St. Jerome R.C.C. of Tamaqua.
He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson Softail.
Wayne was a 1995 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School.
Born in Coaldale, he was the son of the late Clair F. Sterner, who passed away on 12/16/1991, and Phyllis M. (Melley) Sterner of Tamaqua.
He is also survived by his

Tyler C Sterner of Ashland;
Two Sisters,
Debra Sterner and her companion Russell Bowman of Shenandoah and Karen R Sterner of Omaha, NE;
Companion,
Michelle "Shelly" Petri of Frackville;
Nephews,
Travis and Corey Bowman.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 6-8 PM and on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Jerome R.C.C., 264 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, Pa.
Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
