Mr. Timothy J. Younker, age 67, of Tower Road, Weatherly, died Saturday, January 28, 2012, at home in the care of his wife of 46 years, Geraldine (Mehlig) Younker, while being comforted by his daughters.
A 1962 Weatherly High School graduate, Tim had served in the Army during the Vietnam War.
Tim worked for Armour Meats of Hazleton until 1983, and then drove for Farmers Dairy of Hazleton until retiring in 2007. After retirement, Tim worked part time at Split Rock Golf Course in Lake Harmony.
He was a member of the White Haven V.F.W., and Weatherly American Legion Posts.
Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trips to the Casinos.
Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Sylvester and Mildred (Rossi) Younker.
In addition to his wife Geraldine Younker, he is survived by;

Nadine (Younker) Young wife of Timothy of Weatherly,
Lee Ann (Younker) Henry and her Partner, Michael Kiddish of Weatherly,
Jody Younker, and her finacee', Rodney Kaschak of Beaver Meadows;
One Sister,
Linda (Younker) Jemo wife of David of Weatherly;
One Brother,
Gary Younker and his wife Carol of Hazleton;
Five grandchildren;
Sister-in-law, Dorothy Kuntz of Blakeslee;
Nieces, and nephews;
Preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Younker.
