Thomas J. Price, Sr., 90 years of age of Allentown, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Parkland Manor in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Born Friday, March 28, 1930 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Thomas F., and Myrtle E. (Watkins) Price. He was also predeceased by; his beloved wife Margaret (Boyle) Price; son, Thomas J. Price, Jr..
Surviving are; son, Mark Price and his wife Gail of Allentown, with whom he resided; sister, Marilyn Felsoci of Tamaqua; daughter-in-law, Helene Price; grandchildren, Erin, Megan, Brian, Gerard, Andrea; great grandchildren, Riley, London, and Jamie; nephew Scott Felsoci.
A 1947 graduate of Tamaqua High School, Tom served honorably in the United States Navy. Tom had a long tenured career in aviation beginning in 1954 with T.W.A, spanning through 1992 retiring from United Airlines. An aviation buff, Tom was an ardent fan of all Philadelphia sports teams, and Penn State Football. He was a member of the Tamaqua Elks, and Legion Post.
Private Funeral Arrangements entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services located at 655 E Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
Interment will be in Sky View Memorial, Park Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. Military honors to be bestowed.
