Thomas Petrichko

Mr. Thomas Petrichko, 71 years of age, of Hazleton, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton Campus. Born Sunday, July 4, 1948 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania the son of the late Nicholas and Helen (Hotzgo) Petrichko. He was also predeceased by his brother, Nicholas Petrichko; companion, Lorraine Ann Weston. Thomas served honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Surviving are; sons, Thomas Nicholas Petrichko and Daniel Petrichko, brother, John Petrichko of Jersey Shore; sisters, Roseann Tallman and her husband Kenneth of Jersey Shore, Emily Hoffman of Northampton.
