Thomas C. Minich

Thomas C. Minich, husband, father, grandfather, brother, 66 years of age, of Butz Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully having fought a courageous battle against cancer on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Heritage Hill's in Weatherly.
Survived by his family; wife, of twenty-nine years, Mary Jo (Lech) Minich; daughters, Meggin L Minich wife of Jared DeLauretis of Weatherly, Samantha Minich of Weatherly; son, Benjamin T. Minich of Weatherly; brother, Robert Minich and his wife Sherry of Allentown; grand children, Colton, Jameson, Victoria. Many nieces, nephews and friends also survive Thomas.
A graduate of Allen High School, Thomas served honorably in the United States Air force during the Vietnam War. He worked as a Communication Specialist at Tobyhanna Army Depot for thirty years, and served as a E.M.T with APTS of Hazleton on the weekends. Tom, enjoyed hunting, and was a member of the Weatherly Ambulance Assoc. and Weatherly Fire Company.
Born Tuesday, August 21, 1951 in Allentown, the son of the late Edmund, and Bertha Minich.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255. (570) 427-4231
A Remembrance Service will be held on Wednesday evening, October 11, 2017, at 8 o'clock P.M. from the funeral home. Friends shall be received from 6:00 P.M. until time of services.
