Ted M. Nagle, age 92, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Weatherwood Carbon County Nursing & Rehabilitaion Ctr. in Weathery.
Born in Eckley on 8/2/1924, he was the son of the late William Nagle and Mary Ann (Kimmel) Nagle
He retired as a state trooper with the Pennsylvania State Police.
Ted was a WWII Air Force Veteran.
He was a member of Faith U.C.C., Hazleton and Masonic Hazel Azalea Lodge 327.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Forwood.
He is also survived by his
Daughters,
Donna Miscavige and her husband Daniel of Weatherly;
Dr. Denise Bailey and her husband G. Alan of Gladwyne
Brother,
Wayne Nagle
Sister,
Carol VanHorn
Five Grandchildren
Three Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, John Nagle; sisters, Helen Nagle and Julia Graylock.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 211 First Street , Weatherly, PA.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2 o'clock PM at Faith U.C.C. 21 Faith Dr., Hazleton, PA 18202, Rev. Dr. Jane Hess to officiate. Friends may call from 12:30 to 2:00 at the church.
Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Weatherly, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be sent to Shepherd House, Inc. 1067 Main Rd., Lehighton, PA 18235
