Surviving are; son, Jared S. Derricott; daughter, Cassandra Obert-Thorn wife of Thomas; step children, Leah Poe, and Hannah Leyrer; sisters, Terry Baylor, Andrea Derricott; brother, Rodney Derricott; numerous grandchildren.
A graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Steven retired as a service technician from Sears. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and competitive shooting.
