Formerly known as Susan Marie Porvaznik. Inn addition to her IHM Community, she is survived by her brother Joseph M. Porvaznik II, her nephew Michael J. Porvaznik, and her niece Candice Porvaznik D'Hemecourt. Predeceased by her parents Joseph Michael Porvaznik and Agness Ann (Pascoe) Porvaznik, her sister Marie Elaine Porvaznik, her brother David Joseph Porvaznik and her nephew Joseph M. Porvaznik III.
Visitations will be held on Sunday, October 1st from 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and on Monday, October 2nd, 8:30 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. Live streaming will be available from her obituary at
