Shirley K (Betz) Adamchick, age 75, of Main St., Gilberton, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at Schuylkill Medical Center East in Pottsville.
She was the widow of Eugene Adamchick who died in 2004.
Shirley had worked in the garment industry.
She was Protestant by faith.
Born in Tamaqua, she was the daughter of the late Freeman Betz and the late Dorothy (Fry) Betz.
She is survived by her

Kevin J Miller and his wife Sherry of Coaldale;
Sister,
Venas Betz of North Carolina;
Brothers,
Richard Eickhoff of Gilberton;
David Betz of Lehighton;
Ronald Betz of Palmerton;
Three Grandchildren
Three Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Freeman and William Betz; sisters, Helen Konsavage, Nancy, Wanda and Sandra Betz.
