Mrs. Ruth (Hess) Sauers, age 86, of Doylestown, Pa., formerly of Fairless Hills, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Golden Living Center in, Doylestown.
A Weatherly High School graduate, Ruth had worked in retail.
Born in Weatherly, she was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Bevan) Hess.
Survived by her grandson,
Michael Amelung, and his wife Kimberly of Merchantville, and Ryan Amelung and his wife Patricia of North Wales;
Son-in-Law, James Amelung of Furlong;
Great grandchildren Olivia, and Emily;
Preceded in death by her husband, Lincoln Sauers; daughter, Linda Amelung; brothers, Earl and John Hess.
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street Weatherly, Pa. 18255, Philip J. Jeffries F.D.
A Graveside Memorials Service will be held at Union Cemetery at 11:00 AM, Monday November 21, 2011.
