Ruth M. (Schwank) Kuhn, age 78, of Tamaqua, died Saturday, October 27, 2012, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale surrounded by her friends affectionately known as the "view".
Widow of William J. Kuhn, who died in 1988.
A Tamaqua High School graduate, Ruth was a member of St. Jerome R.C.C. of Tamaqua.
Born in Tamaqua, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Ruth (Echkroth) Schwank.
She is survived by her
One Sister,
Carol (Schwank) Sullivan wife of Charles of Wilmington, Del.;
Preceded in death by brothers, Robert, and William Schwank;
Care provider, Tony Fannock.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, November 1, 2012.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 1, 2012.
Interment will be at St. Jerome R.C.C. Cemetery in Tamaqua, Pa.
