Ruth A. (Krapf) Houser, age 92, of Lincoln Street Tamaqua, died Thursday, December 27, 2012, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale.
Widow of Alfred David Houser, who died on December 17, 1989.
A member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tamaqua, Ruth was a homemaker.
She was the daughter of the late Harold and Alice (Arner) Krapf.
Survived by her care giver, David Houser, and his wife Maxine;
Nieces and nephews;
Preceded in death by her step-father, Jacob Krapf.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, December 31, 2012.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11 o'clock AM Monday, December 31, 2012, Rev. Jeffrey P. Kistler to officiate.
Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park in Tamaqua.
