Rosemarie McFadden, age 53, of Lehighton, formerly of Jim Thorpe, died suddenly, Monday, November 25, 2013, at Blue Mountain Health Systems in Lehighton.
A graduate of the High School of the Sciences, Newark, NJ, Rosemarie earned her degree in early childhood education from Essex County Community College.
She was the director of the Robin's Nest Learning Center and Child Care of Lehighton.
Rosemarie had served as Vice Principal and educator at the Victory Christian Fellowship Academy of Linden, New Jersey for many years, and was a Deacon of the Victory Christian Fellowship Church
A member of Cross Roads Community Church, she was active in the worship team, where she could show her vocal talents. A strong work ethic and sense of humor enamored her to many.
Rosemarie was very social. She enjoyed scrap booking, and playing scrabble. She had been a foster mother to over fifteen children.
Born in Sumter, SC., she is the daughter of Irene Delores (Abrams) McFadden of Linden, NJ., and the later Isaac McFadden.
She is also survived by her;

Deliann McFadden of Puerto Rico,
Kayona I. McFadden of Lehighton;
Sister,
Irene D. (McFadden) Sparrow wife of Raymond of Linden, N.J.
Brothers,
Isaac McFadden of Elizabeth New Jersey,
Marnell Jester of New Brunswick, N.J.;
Many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Christ Evangelical Free Church of 2420 Blakeslee Blvd., West Lehighton, Pa. 18235.
Funeral service will be at Christ Evangelical Free Church at 11 o'clock AM Saturday, November 30, 2013.
Interment will be at Christ Evangelical Free Church Cemetery of Lehighton.
