Ronald I. Mace, 77 years of age of South Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Surviving are son, Ronald T. Mace and his wife Jeanette of Tamaqua; daughter, Kimberly A. Focht of Tamaqua; sisters, Debra Hill wife of Cal of Tamaqua, Barbara Hamm of Weatherly; grand children, Nicole, Brandon, Carissa, Arion, Davin, Mark & Tia; great grandson, Clayton.
Ron and his late wife Lois owned and operated many textile cutting rooms throughout the region. They also operated R.I.M. Beverage in Tamaqua for many years. Ron retired from the Tamaqua School District having worked maintenace; however, he immediately went back to work for the school district part time until this year.
Ron was a member of Masonic Lodge F.& A.M. #238 Tamaqua, and enjoyed the companionship of his dogs Mac and Scotter. He was an avid outdoorsman who liked to hunt and fish. His family fondly remembers yearly trips to Canada.
Born Wednesday, January 29, 1941 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Henry and Beatrice (Barrington) Mace. Ron was also predeceased by; wife, Lois (Love) Mace in 2012; son, Mark James Mace in 1984.

Funeral Service will be at 11 o'clock A.M. from the funeral home on Friday August 10, 2018. Friends may call on Thursday evening August 9, 2018 from 6 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Masonic Services Thursday evening at 7:30 P.M.
Interment will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
