Ronald E. Barkman, age 65, of Bertsch Street, Lansford, died Sunday, October 7, 2012, at Easton Hospital in, Easton, Pa.
Ronald, served in the United States Army for 20 years retiring as a Sgt. First Class. He earned his degree from Penn State University in English, and Latin, the teaching at Tamaqua High School, and surrounding school districts.
Born in Altoona, he was the son of the late Palmer and Helen (Tate) Barkman.
He is survived by his
One Son,
Jeremiah John Barkman of Lansford; and
His former wife,
Victoria Barkman of Newark, Ohio.
