Robert C. Weaver

Robert C. Weaver, age 75, husband, father, and grandfather of Sun Flower Road New Ringgold, died Monday, November 26, 2012, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Medical Ctr., in Coaldale.

Survived by his wife of 57 years, Mildred (Collins) Weaver.

A member of Zion Lutheran Church of Tamaqua, Robert retired from the former Battery works of Reading, now Exide Battery.

Robert enjoyed bowling, watching WWE wrestling, and visiting family in Ohio.

Born in Seek Section of Coaldale, he was the son of the late LeRoy and Bertha (Reichelderfer) Weaver.

He is also survived by his;

One Daughter,
Roberta L. (Weaver) Zeigler wife of Jim of New Ringgold;

Two grandchildren whom he adored, Kelly, and Jimmy, affectionately calling him Pop-Pop;

One Brother,
George Weaver of Tamaqua;

Preceded in death by sister, Mrs. Dorothy Arner; brothers, LeRoy, Albert, and William Weaver.

Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, Rte. #309, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, December 1, 2012.

Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 1, 2012, Rev. Jeffrey Kistler to officiate.

Private interment.
