Robert J. Taylor, 82 years of age of Warrington, Pennsylvania passed away Monday, March 2, 2015, at Abington Memorial Hospital.
Widower of Adelma M. (Wisler) Taylor who died on December 29, 2014.
Robert honorably served his country during the Korean War as a member of the Army. Returning home he worked as a bus driver for SEPTA.
Robert enjoyed doing puzzles, painting, and bowling.
Born Friday, October 14, 1932 in Philadelphia, son of the late Robert and Florence Taylor.
Surviving are sons,
Robert Taylor and his wife Sally of Pennsauken, NJ;
John R. Taylor and his companion Jack R. Wehr of Barnesville;
Kevin Lee Taylor and his wife Cindy Lou of Lehighton;
David W. Taylor and his wife Kelly Jo of Hazleton;
Daughters,
Joyce Ann (Taylor) Setzer of Drums;
Edith (Taylor) McGoldrick of Philadelphia;
Jane Ann (Taylor) Gerhart wife of Donald of Huntington Valley, Pa.;
Brothers,
William Millar of Ivyland, PA,
Charles Millar of Horsham, PA;
13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
Preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Helen (Millar) Grieves; brothers, Walter, and Harry Millar.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.
Memorial Services with Military Honors will be bestowed at 11 o'clock A.M. on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from the funeral home, Rev. Marjorie Keiter to officiate.
A Gathering of Friends shall occur from 9:30 A.M. until time of services.
Interment Union Cemetery, Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
