Robert D. Andreas

Robert D. Andreas, age 84, formerly of Andreas, Pa., died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Bonham Nursing Home in Stillwater, Pa.

Survived by his wife of 58 years, Rosemary C. (Rall) Andreas of Berwick.

A Lehighton High School graduate, Robert was a Korean War veteran. Returning home he worked for the former Continental Phone Company.

Robert was a member of Ben Salem U.C.C. of Lehighton, and was an avid outdoorsman.

Born in Andreas, he was the son of the late, Mark O., and Evelyn (Kreitz) Andreas.

In addition to his wife he is survived by,

Two Daughters,
Tricia (Andreas) Huber wife of Norb of Catasauqua,
Janet (Andreas) Osenbach wife of Randy of Berwick;

Three Brothers,
Clair Andreas of Lehighton,
Murray Andreas and his wife Kay of Nesquehoning,
Lawrence Andreas and his wife Lillian of Northampton;

Five grandchildren, Cariss and her husband Shaun Cole, Ryan Huber, Michelle Auman, Marsha and her husband Keith Rodgers, and Bryan Osenbach and his wife Christina;

Six great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa.

A Memorial Service will be at Ben Salem U.C.C., 1965 Church Hill Road Lehighton, Pa. 18235, at 11 o'clock AM Thursday, April 11, 2013, Rev. Michael McGowan to officiate. Military honors will be bestowed.

Interment at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa.
