Richard Varese, renowned Chef & Restaurateur, owner of Villa Richards in Riegelsville for fifty-five years passed away peacefully at home on October 12, 2018 while in the care of his family at the age of 92.Survived by; wife, Zanette (Chiarotto) Varese; son, Dean Varese; grand children, Joshua, Jeremy, and Charles. Born Thursday, January 28, 1926 in New York, New York, he was the son of the late John Varese and the late Anna Rammella Varese. He was also predeceased by his daughter Suzette LaRue.Richard served honorably in the United States Airforce. Richard enjoyed playing cards.Private arrangements entrusted to the E.
