Richard P Foster, age 75, of Weatherly, died Saturday, October 8, 2011, at the VA Medical Center in Wilkes Barre.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Daniel Foster and the late Anna (Rutledge) Foster.
He is survived by his
Two Daughters,
Rosemarie Douglas and her husband Donald of Weatherly and Donna Fisher and her husband William of Waterford, NJ
Three Sisters,
Elsie McCormick wife of Bob of NJ;
Rose Posey of Philadelphia; and
AnnaMae Stonifer of Lititz, PA
Two Brothers,
Harry Foster of Philadelphia and
Daniel Foster of Marlton, NJ
Four grandchildren, Amy, Daniel, William and Michael.
Preceded in death by sister, Maggie Charlton; brothers, Charles, John and Lou Foster.
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home 211 First St., Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffries, F.D. Supervisor.
Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa. on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
