Regina "Jeanie" A (Bubel) Bowers, age 68, of Mine St., Brockton, died Monday, January 13, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James D. Bowers.
Jeanie had been employed by Atlas Powder Company and more recently by Walmart.
She was Catholic by faith and a 1964 graduate of Tamaqua High School
Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Peter Bubel and the late Elizabeth (Piller) Bubel.
She is also survived by her
One Daughter,
Elizabeth "Beth" A (Bowers) Conville wife of Christopher of Coaldale;
One Brother,
Robert Bubel and his wife Mary of Brockton;
Three grandchildren,
Candace, Kealey and Craig;
Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by an infant daughter, Jamie Marie.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 9:30-11:00 AM.
Memorial Service will be on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11 o'clock AM at the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
Private Interment.
