Mr. Ralph Avino, 72 years of age of Coaldale, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016, at home.
Born Thursday, December 30, 1943 in Lom Poc, California, the son of the late Matthew Kaye, and Marion (Bonenburger) Kaye.
A 1961 graduate of Lansford High School, Ralph matriculated to East Stroudsburg College graduating in 1966 earning his B.S. in Education. Ralph taught Social Studies at Stroudsburg High School for 28 years, and was a longtime football and track coach at Stroudsburg High School.
As a youth, Ralph spent many summers at Camp Greenwood and often reflected on those days being some of his most memorable.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. of 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252.
Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 11 o'clock AM at Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
