Mr. Philip J Spack, age 63, of Allentown, Pa., died Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, Pa.
Philip was a Vietnam Era Navy Veteran. He was disabled.
He was Catholic by faith and attended Lehighton High School.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late George E. Spack and the late Elsie M. (Wertman) Spack.
He is survived by his
one brother,
Daniel E. Spack and his wife Liz of Spring City, Pa.
his companion of 23 years, Elizabeth A. Tatum
niece, Shawnee Morley
nephews, Daniel E. Spack, Jr. and Anthony Spack
three great-nephews
three great-nieces;
sister-in-law, Sharon Spack.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
Graveside Service will be on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 1:00 PM at SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C. Cemetery, 4th St., Lehighton, Pa 18235.
