Mr. Peter M. Stupar, Jr., age 90, formerly of 201 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pa.
Born in Boston MA, he was the son of the late Peter and Magdalene Stupar.
For 50 years he lived with Robert & Harriet Houser and assisted with Houser's Coal,while working there he also worked at the #14 mines collerie.
He was one of ten children:
Brothers: Stephen P., John and Joe Stupar and Sisters: Cecelia Milford, Helen Marhoffer, Theresa, Albina, Anna and Mary Stupar.
His caregivers over the past years were Lenny & Cindy Rascavage.
Calling Hours: Tuesday (4-1-2008) from 10-11 am at the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
Funeral Service: 11 am from the funeral home with the Rev. Phyllis Wolford officiating.
Interment: Sky View Memorial Park.
