Paul E. Younker, 86 years of age of East Third Street, Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017, at Weatherwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Weatherly.
Widower of Catherine (Bretsky) Younker, Paul is survived by; son, Glen Paul Younker of Weatherly; sister, Marion Stewart of Bethlehem,
A Weatherly High School graduate, Paul served honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War, deployed to Germany working for the United States Security Agency earning the rank of Cpl.
Paul retired from the Herman Schabee Corporation of Hazleton as a supervisor. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and target shooting. Paul was a Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. He was a life member of the White Haven V.F.W., and member of the Weatherly Legion Post #360.
Born Saturday, April 19, 1930 in Weatherly, Pennsylvania. the son of the late Howard, and Helen (Hartung) Younker, he was also predeceased by a brother Howard Younker.
