Paul M.R. Hoffman

Mr. Paul M.R. Hoffman, age 70, of Germans Road East Penn Twp., Lehighton, Pa., died Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at home on his farm where he lived his entire life.

Paul, was a member of the Andreas Sporting Club, and the N.R.A. He was an avid outdoorsman.

He was an original hire of the Refactory Sand Quarry of Andreas, and worked there until it closed.

He was affectionately known as the mayor of Boobaville.

Born in East Penn Twp., he was the son of the late Silas and Irene (Rex) Hoffman.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Carol L. (Gano) Hoffman;

Three Daughters,
Laurie B. Riggleman,.
Mary S. (Riggleman) Piepmeyer,
Jennifer L. Riggleman, who all reside on the famiy farm.

Two Sons,
Charles Riggleman, Jr. of Amherst, Va.,
Richard L. Riggleman of Jackson, N.J.;

Two Sisters,
Bertha Hoffman of Tamaqua,
Helen (Hoffman) Beck of Lehighton;

One Brother,
Jake Hoffman and his wife Helen of Florida

Eight grandchildren
Two great-grandchildren;

Preceded in death by his brothers, James, and John Hoffman; sister, Mrs. Ruth Tringone

Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, Rte. #309, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, January 14, 2011.

Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home at 7:00 PM Friday, January 14, 2011.

Private interment.
