Paul E. Coll

Paul E. Coll, 81 years of age of North Street, Weatherly, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton Campus.

Survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Loretta M. (Dargay) Coll.

A Weatherly High School graduate class of 1952, Paul retired from Garland Industries of Freeland, and had worked for many years for the Weatherly Foundry.

A member of Salem U.C.C. of Weatherly having served on consistory, Paul was active in the Weatherly Little League, and Biddy Basketball. Paul served as a former Weatherly Borough Council Man.

Paul enjoyed woodworking, and watching Baseball. He was known to occasionally play the lottery.


Born Monday, December 25, 1933 in Weatherly, son of the late E. Leo, and M.A. Violet (Kreiger) Coll.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by;

Debra J. (Coll) Hess wife of Jay of Kaneohe, HI,
Denise M. Coll of Alexandria, VA,;

Brother,
David Coll and his wife Carol of Weatherly;

Sister,
Elaine (Coll) Glowatch wife of Paul of West Hazleton;

Two grand children who affectionately referred to him as pop-pop, Jessica and her husband Michael Hampf, and Jared.

Preceded in death by brothers, Edward, and John Coll, and William Kreiger.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation services, Inc. 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.

A Memorial Service will be at 11 o'clock AM on Saturday January 31, 2015 from the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services located at 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.

A Gathering of friends shall take place from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.

Interment, Union Cemetery of Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
