Paul G. Breiner, Sr., lifelong resident, and public servant of West Penn Township, Andreas, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Seton Manor in Orwigsburg at 75 years of age.
Born Thursday, January 24, 1946 in Palmerton, the son of the late Paul E.C., and Arline (Behler) Breiner. Paul was also predeceased by his son, Joseph C. Breiner of August 16, 2009.
Surviving are; his wife of 54 years, Barbara (Dunn) Breiner; sons, Paul G. Breiner and his wife Lisa of Andreas, Carl R. Breiner and his wife Julie of Andreas, daughter, Marsha L. Breiner of Iowa; grandchildren, Kurt, Emma, Ava, Lily, Charles, and Joseph; step grandchildren, Josh, Derek Ethan and Amanda.
A 1963 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Paul matriculated to McCann's School of Business. Paul worked as an Armored Guard for Loomis for 20 years, served as a part time police officer for New Ringgold Borough as a young man, worked security throughout the area, and owned and operated Breiner's Family Restaurant of Andreas with his wife Barbara for 18 years.
Paul served as Fire Chief of Andreas Fire Company for 32 years, and previously he was a certified E.M.T., member of Penn Mahoning Ambulance Association, and member of the Southern Schuylkill Fireman's Mutual Aide Association. Paul worshiped at Trinity U.C.C. of Tamaqua.
