Mrs. Mildred R (Reaman) Griffith, age 86, of Lansford, Pa., died Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at Mahoning Valley Nursing Center in Lehighton, Pa.
Mildred had been employed by Citizens National Bank of Lansford as a bank teller and was secretary to superintendent of schools, Lansford, Pa.
She was a member of the former Emanuel U.C.C. of Lansford and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Mildred was a 1941 Lansford High School graduate.
Born in Lansford, she was the daughter of the late William Reaman and the late Lillian (Mantz) Reaman.
She is survived by her
brother-in-Law, David W Griffith of Allentown, Pa.
nephews, Dr. William Reaman of Huntingdon Valley, Pa and Charles L. Reaman of Tamaqua
niece, Lillian Tomlinson of Philadelphia.
Preceded in death by her husband in 1987, John G. Griffith; brothers, Russell, Harold, Charles, Raymond, and William Reaman; sisters, Gertrude Nighan and Lillian Wenzel.
Private arrangements are being handled by Holmes-Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 200 E. Bertsch Street, Lansford, Pa.
