Mr. Matthew T Finucan, age 58, of Andreas, died Monday, October 31, 2011, at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Lori J. (Hoppes) Finucan.
Matthew was Catholic by faith.
He was a nuclear engineering consultant.
Fishing and golfing were two activities Matthew enjoyed.
Born in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of Patricia (Goetz) Finucan of Ohio and the late John Finucan.
He is also survived by his

One Sister,
Maura Galloway of OH
Two Brothers,
Timothy Finucan and Christopher Finucan both of OH
Three grandchildren, Tyler Finucan, Tyler Brock and Amber Brock.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 6-8PM and on Friday, November 4, 2011 from 8:30-9:15 AM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 10 o'clock AM at SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C., 307 Pine St., Tamaqua, Reverend William Linkchorst officiating.
Interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Tamaqua.
