Mrs. Mary Ann (Magarosky) Stokes, age 91, of 47 East Howard Ave., Coaldale, Pa., died Thursday, May 29, 2008, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pa.

A Homemaker, Mrs. Stokes was a member of St. John the Baptist Lithuanian Catholic Church of Coaldale, Pa., were she once cleaned for the church.

Born in Coaldale, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Benedict and Mary (Delong) Magarosky.

She is also survived by her

Mrs. Marion L. (Stokes) Tessitore of Coaldale, Pa.

Two Sons,
Mr. Leonard E. Stokes

Mr. Robert C. Stokes both of Coaldale, Pa.

One grandchild, Jenna Stokes of Philadelphia, Pa.

Preceded in death by her husband, Elmer William Stokes in 1953;
Sister, Miss Caroline Guminsky

The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM Saturday, May 31, 2008, from St. John the Baptist Lithuanian Catholic Church West Phillips Street Coaldale, Pa.

Mass of Chrisitian Burial from St. John the Baptist Lithuanian Catholic Church at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 31, 2008 , Rev. John Pavlosky officiating.

Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park in Tamaqua, Pa.
