Mary Parambo Nesterak

Mary (Ogozalek) Nesterak, age 98, formerly of Coaldale, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the home of her daughter in Ellicott City, MD.

Widow of Louis Nesterak who died in 1982.

Mary was a member of SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C. of Tamaqua, and had worked in the Textile Industry in Panther Valley.

Mary enjoyed tending to her home, reading, and baking.

Born in Summit Hill, the daughter of the late Bartholomew and Mary (Parambo) Ogozalek.

She is survived by;

Eleanor M. Newhard, Ellicott City, MD;

Sisters:
Bernadette (Ogozalek) Lukac, Summit Hill,
Teresa (Ogozalek) Solak of Lawton, MI;

Brothers:
Frank Gazella, Lacrosse, MI
Bernard Ogozalek , Lansford;

One Grandson,
Norman Lund;

Preceded in death by daughter, Mary Ann Nesterak, son Norman Nesterak, who died serving his country during the Vietnam War; sisters, Sister M. Albensia, and two infant sisters; brothers, Michael, Joseph, and John Gazella

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday evening July 13, 2014 from the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252, and on Monday morning July 14, 2014 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 o'clock A.M. from S.S. Peter & Paul R.C.C., 307 Pine Street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252, July 14, 2014.

Interment will be at SS Peter & Paul R.C.C. Cemetery, Owl Creek.
