Mary Frey

Mary (Mehalshick) Frey, age 93, of Weatherly, Pa., died Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Hazleton General Hospital in Hazleton.

A member of Centenary United Methodist Church of Weatherly, Mary had worked in the Textile Industry.

Born in McAdoo, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (DeMartz) Mehalshick.

She is survived by her

One Daughter,
Evelyn (Mehalshick) Ehrenfried wife of David of Weatherly;

Two Sons,
Gordon Frey and his wife Catherine of Easton,
Franklin Peiser of Weatherly;

One Sister,
Elaine (Mehalshick) Stahovich wife of Franklin of Reading,

One Brother,
Michael Mehalshick and his wife Gertrude of McAdoo;

Three grandchildren, Franklin, and Kevin Peiser, and Holly Ehrenfried;
Four great-grandchildren Sarah, Zachary, Makenna, and Owen;

Preceded in death by sisters, Helen Lazarus, and Rita Mehalshick; brothers, Joseph, and John Mehalshick; daughter-in-law, Alice Peiser.

Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffries F.D., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, February 2, 2012.

Funeral service will be at Philip J. Jeffreis Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 2, 2012, Rev. Charlie Englehart to officiate.

Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
