Born in Hazleton on May 3, 1957, he was the son of the late Marshall M. and Elizabeth J. (Weigand) Williams.
He is survived by hisSister,Melissa J Ortega wife of Fernando of Houston, TX;
Brother,John C Williams Sr. of Kirbyville, TX;
Companion,Sharon Lazar.
