Marlene M (Fredericks) Estremera, age 76, of E. Union St., Tamaqua, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.
She was the widow of Roger M. Estremera who died July 18, 1991.
Marlene was a homemaker and she had worked as a secretary at Blue Mountain Christian Retreat, New Ringgold.
She was a member of New Life Assembly of God, Tamaqua.
A 1956 graduate of St. Paul of the Cross High School, New Jersey, she enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening and crafts.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Fredericks and the late Florence (Grzyb) Fredericks. She was an only child.
She is survived by her

Michele Baumann wife of Robert of Pt. Lookout, Long Island, NY;
Jodi A Beasley wife of Joel of Merrick, NY;
Son,
Joseph Estremera and his wife Chrissy of Tamaqua;
Seven Grandchildren,
Nicole, Jessica, Aaron, Michael, Christian, Cody and Mackenzie;
Two Great-Grandchildren,
Cameron and James.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kayla.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, April 22, 2016.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 22, 2016, Pastor Ed Noftz and Pastor Mark Caston to officiate.
Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
