Marie C. Werley (Balazovich), age 74, formerly of Warminster, PA died Monday, Nov. 19 at South Jersey Regional Hospital in Vineland, NJ.
Marie was the beloved wife of the late Rodney F. Werley for 44 years. She was A devoted wife, mother and nana who loved being with her family.
Born in Coaldale, she was the daughter of Joseph and Marie (Hollywood) Balazovich.
A 1956 graduate of Coaldale High School and a 1957 graduate of the McCann School of Business in Pottsville. Marie was a long-time volunteer at Doylestown Hospital and Graeme Park in Horsham.
Marie is survived by;
Two daughters,
Karen M., wife of Dave Chickanosky of New Braunfels, Texas and Jennifer A. of Conshohocken;
Son, Mark F., and his wife Carrie, of Greenwich, NJ;
Two sisters, Peggy Hain of Shermansdale and Ann (Tom) Tarsavage of New Cumberland;
Two grandchildren, Daniel J. Palmer and Finola E. Werley and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Marie was predeceased by her brother Joseph Balazovich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Sat. November 24, 2012 at 11 o'clock A.M. from SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C., 307 Pine Street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252, Rev. William Linkchorst to officiate.
Friends shall be received in church form 9:30 A.M. until time of services.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Friends of Graeme Park, 859 County Line Road, Horsham, PA 19044.
