Marie "Rhea" V. Manderlick, R.N., 93 years of age of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday morning December 24, 2015 at the Hometown Nursing Home after a brief illness.
The widow of Michael Manderlick. Rhea, was last regularly employed as a Clinic Nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
Born in the Seek Section of Coaldale, Pennsylvania on December 19, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Marie (Barrett) Bickelman. Rhea was also preceded in death by a sister Mrs. Joan Steward.
She was a member of St. John XXIII R.C.C. of Tamaqua, graduate of the former St. Ann's High School class of 1940, and Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing.
