A Coaldale High School graduate, Marian studied at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in Histology.
She was a member of the All Saint's Episcopal Church of Lehighton, and a former member of the Eastern Star.
Born in Coaldale, she was the daughter of John and Hilda (Warburton) Thomas.
She is survived by her
One Daughter,
Morfydd E. "Moryy" (Urban) Knorr of Lansford, Pa.;
Two grandchildren, Amanda, and Jessica Knorr;
Preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Urban, and Dr. Stanley E. Cope.
