Margaret Schaeffer

Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" (Morris) Schaeffer, age 81, of Lansford, Pa., died Thursday, December 13, 2007, in her home at 430 East Bertsch Street Lansford, Pa.

Peggy was a 1944 St. Ann's High School graduate. She was active in the C.C.W. of St. Ann's, and a member of Panther Valley Golden Agers .

For 48 years, she worked in the Housewares Dept. of the former Bright's Department Store.

Born in Jim Thorpe, PA., she was the daughter of the late Evan and Loma (Lichtenwalter) Morris.

Mrs. Lennora (Schaeffer) Goida wife of Paul of Nesquehoning, Pa.
Mrs. Loretta (Schaeffer) Searfoss wife of David of Mohnton, Pa.

Six grandchildren
Five great-grandchildren

Interment will be at St. Joseph's R.C.C., Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania
