Luna Mia Bellizia born May 16, 2015, infant daughter of Mark A.,and Venera (Mernica) Bellizia of Hazleton, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Enzo; maternal grandmother, Sherife Osman; paternal grandmother, Carol Bellizia; paternal great grandmother, Mildred Hoffman; many aunts uncles, and cousins.
