Louise A. ( Coccio) DeWire, wife, mother, and grandmother, 80 years of age, of Rowe Street Tamaqua, died Friday, April 25, 2014, surrounded by her family.
Survived by her husband of sixty years, Raymond J. DeWire, Sr.;

Louann D. (DeWire) Christopher wife of John of Ormond Beach, Fl;
Son,
Raymond J. "Bud" DeWire, Jr., and his wife Nadine of Tamaqua;
Grandchildren whom she adored whom affectionatly referred to her as Nana,
Raymond Dean DeWire and his wife Brittany, Emily Christopher, April Christopher, Dane DeWire, John Christopher, Deana Rae DeWire, and Karley Hine;
Great grandchildren, Davin, and Kameron;

Sisters, Jeanina (Coccio) Majka of Reading , Jane (Coccio) Morgans of Harrisburg; brothers, Joseph Coccio of Philadelphia, Albie Coccio and his wife Bobbie of Tamaqua;
Born in Brockton on December 6, 1933, the daughter of the late Guido, and Emma (Pacelli) Coccio.
Louise was a 1951 Blythe Township High School graduate, active member of St. Jerome R.C.C. of Tamaqua, and member of the C.W.E.A.
Louise loved children and was nurturing to all, she enjoyed the summer and her time at the Bungalow pool. She was always the life of the party.
Louise had worked at the former Atlas Powder Co., where she met Raymond, and then after raising her family, in various Textile Mills in Tamaqua.
Preceded in death by,
Sister, Rosemarie Jupin; brothers, Guido Coccio, who died on April 16, 2014, and Phillip Coccio.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday May 2 at 10 o'clock A.M. from St. Jerome R.C.C., 266 West Broad Street, Tamaqua, Pa. 18252.
Friends shall be received in church from 9:00 A.M. until 9:45 A.M.
Interment, St. Jerome R.C.C. Cemetery.
