Lillian Mae Morgan

Mrs. Lillian Mae (Fry) Morgan, age 91, of Middleburg, Pa., formerly of Reading, Exeter Twp., died Sunday, September 30, 2012, at SUN Home Hospice of Sunbury, Pa.

Widow of Raymond L. Morgan, Sr. who died in 1987.

A 1939 Tamaqua High School graduate, Lillian was a member of the School Drum & Bugle Corp. She had worked security for Boscov's Dept. stores.
She was Methodist by faith.

Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Josephine (Deckman) Fry.

She is survived by her
Two daughters, Michele Morgan and her husband the retired Rev. Calvin Morgan of Middleburg, Pa., with whom she resided, Esther (Morgan) Fisher, wife of Scott Fisher of Hamburg, Pa.;

One son, retired Major, U.S. Air Force Raymond Morgan, Jr. and his wife Pamela of Pine Grove, Pa.

Ten grandchildren Seventeen great-grandchildren;

A nephew John Fry .of Las Vegas

Mae was preceded in death by her brother, Russell G. Frey, Jr. on August 19, 2009.

Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, October 4, 2012.

Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 4, 2012, the retired Rev. Calvin Morgan to officiate.

Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park in Tamaqua, Pa.
