Lewis W. Frye, Jr., 53 years of age of Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania died upon arrival on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.

Born Sunday, December 29, 1968 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Lewis W., and Dorothy (Stahler) Frye

Surviving are; companion of 12 years, Kimberly (Trout) Zavitsky; daughters, Heather L. Frye and her companion Jessica Mertz of Coaldale, Ashley J. Frye and her companion Edward Melnick of Summit Hill; brothers, William Frye and his wife Shannon, John Frye and his wife Jaime, Edward Frye; Step children, Carmen Caruso, Shyan Zavitsky, Dakota Zavitsky; grandchildren, Deegan, and Vander Melnick, Declan Frye, Athena Lemay; former wife, Kathleen E. Marcy.

Lewis attended Panther Valley High School. He worked for the former Hart Metals of Tamaqua, now Luxfer - Mag Tech, and prior to his current position worked for Erbe Tire & Auto of Coaldale for many years. Lewis, liked to celebrate Halloween, and was a hunter. A talented mechanic Lewis owned a Rat-Rod 31 Ford 5 window coup which he took to many car shows.

A Celebration of Lewis's Life will be held on Wednesday December 21, 2022 at 7 o'clock P.M. from the funeral home. Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until the time of services.
