Mrs. Laurel T. (Traub) Heim, age 57, of N. Warren St., Orwigsburg, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at Schuylkill Medical Center South, Pottsville, Pa.
Laurel was employed by Good Samaritan Hospital as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 9 1/2 years.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church of Schuylkill Haven and Drehersville E.C.
She was a graduate of the former W. Hazleton High School and Bloomsburg University with a B.A. in Biology. Laurel also acquired Physical Therapy Certification from L.C.C.C.
Born in Hazleton, she is the daughter of Verna (Roth) Traub of Bloomsburg and the late Earl Traub.
She is also survived by her
husband of 25 years, Jerry Heim.
Preceded in death by her brother, Bradley Traub.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 9:30-11:00 AM.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Reverend Robert Berry and Reverend Robert Burkey officiating.
Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
