Larry E. Moore, age 63, of Pine Street Tamaqua, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hopital, Salisbury Twp.
Survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan M. (McGregor) Moore.
A 1967 Tamaqua High School graduate, Larry served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam, as a mechanic rising to the rank of Staff Sgt.
Returning home, Larry worked for the former Maff Motors, and retired from the Tamaqua Borough.
He is a member Trinity U.C.C. of Tamaqua.
Born in Coaldale, he was the son of the late Delmar and Edith (Welsh) Moore.
He is also survived by his;
Two Sons,
Daniel S. Moore,
Brian R. Moore both of Tamaqua;
One grandchild, Matthew D. Moore;
Nephews;
Preceded in death by a sister, Glorya (Neval) Delp.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
Memorial Service will held at Trinity U.C.C. 22 Lafayette Street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252 on Monday November 26, 2012, at 11 o'clock A.M., Rev. Thomas H. Reinsel to officiate.
Friends may call in church from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
Interment will be at IndianTown Gap National Cemetery of Annville.
