Larry J. Mehallic

Larry J. Mehallic , 76 years of age, of Clamtown, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at home while cared for by his family.
Survived by his wife of fifty years, Joan E. (Gernert) Mehallic.
Larry served in the United States Marine Corp., and operated his own Auto Body Repair business for many years. He was a member of the West Penn Rod & Gun Club, and the New Ringgold Fire Company.
Larry was an avid outdoorsman who liked to fish and hunt.
Born Saturday, January 28, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of the late Frank and Alberta (McCunn) Mehallic.
In addition to his wife he is survived by;
Son, Larry G. Mehallic and his companion Penny Ulrich of Albrightsville;
Daughter, Shannon Dmytrow wife of Ronald, Jr. of Brockton;
Brother, Stanley Bandura and his wife Sandy of Philadelphia;
8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his son, Gunnar J. Mehallic on Sept., 22, 2007.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 2066 West Penn Pike New Ringgold, Pennsylvania 17960.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.
