Kristy (Zacharias) Schlemmer, 46 of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, formerly of Weatherly passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Our Lady of The Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Born Tuesday, September 22, 1970, the daughter of Donald Zacharias, and Kathleen (Miller) Peters she is also survived by step mother, Melanie Zacharias; sisters, Jody Hoffman and her husband Mark, Amanda Zacharias, and Keri Bouika; aunt, Sandy Hadzick and her husband Michael; nieces, Ally Parker, Adelyn Zacharias; nephew, Jacob Parker; many Aunts, Uncles, cousins also survive Kristy.
An animal lover, Kristy worked for Arise Virtual Solutions Baton Rouge.
Private arrangement's' have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.
