Kevin K. Kelly, husband, father, son, and brother 57 years of age of West Main Street, Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hazleton Campus in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
Survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Patricia A. (Walsh) Kelly; son, Brett Kelly, daughter, Maura Kelly both of Weatherly; brothers, Paul Kelly and his wife Shirley of New Milford, PA and Stephen Kelly and his wife Jill of Olyphant, Pa.; step-mother, Margaret Kelly; many nieces, and nephews also survive Kevin.
A 1977 graduate of Scranton Central High School, he matriculated to Lackawanna Community College. Kevin worked as a construction coordinator for Bechtel Corporation for thirty-five years traveling the country.
He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes R.C.C. of Weatherly, and belonged to the White Haven Fire Company, and Coons Rapids Minn. American Legion. A devoted Green Bay Packers fan, he was a sports enthusiast.
Born Tuesday, March 31, 1959 in Scranton, he is the son of Paul Kelly of Scranton and the late Ann (Sarnowski) Kelly. He was also predeceased by a brother Michael Kelly.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255. (570) 427-4231.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 o'clock AM on Saturday July 23, 2016 from Our Lady of Lourdes R.C.C., located at 318 Plane Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.
Friends shall be received on Friday evening July 22, 2016 from the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.. No morning calling hours.
Interment will be in St. Nicholas R.C.C. Cemetery, Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
